I cooked risotto tonight ... Andrew was on call and I just felt like taking a few photos of dinner....if you feel like coming over I have rocket and parmesan and also a caesar to accompany the chicken and pea risotto. I do a gluggy style of risotto rather than the more sloppy wet one. I always thought that mine was not "Italian" but apparently it is.... in the north they do a gluggier risotto! 
I wish I could...I would be right over to share that delicious risotto...Have a wonderful weekend, xv.

ReplyDeleteSorry for the above delete...mistakes. If only I lived closer I would have been over for the delicious looking meal! The risotto looks amazing, but so does the salad with shaved Parm...willing to share your recipe? Enjoy your weekend!

ReplyDeleteAs a friend of Fran's who lives close enough to have enjoyed this meal I know it tastes as good as it looks. Franny after eating your risotto for the first time I was inspired to cook it for my family and I remember ringing you several times for instructions during the process. It has since become one of our family favorites.
