"French Chic for Father's Day"

Strawberries and Cream and Cupakes for dessert .......

Peaches and Cream..... "Miss Georgiana" sitting on French Script Louis 16th.....

Arugula Salad with Chive Flowers and Vinaigrette Classique.......

Lavender, Candlelight and silver cutlery........

Nasturtium Flowers .......

For a beautiful Father's Day dinner .... Georgiana helped me set the table and we had roast eye fillet with dijon mustard and creme fraiche sauce, rosemary potato gratin and this amazing salad I found in this book called "French Chic" by Florence de Dampierre. It is beautiful and I so enjoyed preparing it with Georgiana's help. Perfect for the beginning of spring .......
The Vinaigrette Classique was so yum but light ......
~Have a Beautiful Evening~
I will post the Vinaigrette Classique dressing if anyone would like .........

That menu....that LOUIS CHAIR, HER smile...and you all celebrate Father's Day during a completely different cycle...ours is in June. The table setting is divine. You really know how to put out a spread my dearest. And thank you for coming to visit with me, what sweet words you have for me. I start tomorrow since today, is our LABOR DAY holiday. I have prepared all I can, and the rest is up to my experience and skills to learn about my students so I know where I can take them this year. Dear Frances,
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and for your kind comment. I so much agree with you. Bloglandia has been a great blessing in our lives. It not only resulted in renewed and greater relationships with some family members who live far away, but it has brought into our lives some of the dearest people. I hope to be worthy of people who take the time to read my blog weekly.

And now I must say, that your blog is stunning and so very us (Anita and me). Anybody who insists on making her imagination for such beautiful style and fun a reality in their home and their lives is tops in our book.

Lovely to meet you.
